Our Production in Germany
Here in the Lüneburg Heide in Germany, all the components of our Bunky play sofas are assembled before being vacuum-packed and shipped to your home. This saves space and resources, and is good for the environment.
Sewing
From one sewing shop to three. As interest in our Bunky play sofas grew, so did the need to expand. In addition to our in-house team, we've partnered with two other sewing shops in the EU who are just as excited as we are about bringing our creations to life in a way that lives up to the quality we promise our customers.
Our Foam
Made in Germany. Oeko-Tex certified. And mattress-quality. We consulted with the best in the industry to select a foam that maximizes both comfort and stability.
Heiligenstädter Zippers
In order to offer our customers the highest possible quality, we rely on zippers from the traditional German company "Heiligenstädter Reißverschlüsse", which has been producing some of the best zippers for over 80 years.
Neat and Tidy
To ensure our Bunky covers not only look beautiful on the outside, all of our covers are also hemmed on the inside. This hem is stabilized with a zigzag stitch, preventing fraying. This not only looks good but also ensures our covers last longer!

Our Oeko-Tex certified fabrics are durable, comfortable and, above all, safe!
