Is shipping really free?

Yes! Yes! And a definite yes! Bunkys are shipped free of charge to households in the EU and Switzerland.

Are there any customs fees for shipping to Switzerland?

No. There are no customs fees for shipping to Switzerland because we work with a subcontractor who takes care of customs clearance and onward shipping to the customer in Switzerland. However, VAT cannot be refunded for this reason.

How long can I store my Bunky in the box?

Bunkys are compressed and vacuum-sealed for the journey to you, but they don't want their packaging to be their forever home. The sooner you release your Bunky to the public, the better! Because the longer your Bunky stays in its box, the longer it takes for it to expand. Bunkys left in their boxes for more than 30 days will void the warranty.

How long will it take for my Bunky to expand?

Some pieces will spring into shape immediately. Some may take a few hours. But all in all, your Bunky should be in full shape within a few days. This doesn't mean that your children have to wait to play with their Bunky! In fact, letting your children play with their Bunky can help their Bunky play sofa to return to its natural shape faster.

How do I wash my covers?

Bunky covers are machine washable. You can simply put your Bunky play sofa cover in the washing machine at 30°C and hang it up to dry.

What is in the box?

Our Bunky play sofas consist of 8 parts, each covered with corduroy, teddy fabric or microsuede covers.

Bunky parts: 2 armrests, a double soft mattress, a double thick base mattress, two triangular pillows.
