We offer free shipping on our Bunky play sofas to Switzerland, and there are no customs fees.
(We work with a subcontractor who handles customs clearance and onward shipping to Switzerland for us.)
Unfortunately, a VAT refund is therefore not possible.
When shipping to the United Kingdom, customs fees may apply.
The stated delivery time refers to shipping within Germany. For orders to Switzerland or other European countries, shipping may take 2-3 working days longer.
